Armored System
- Internal Vertical Bars made of Stainless Steel (Master) or Zinc Magnesium (Family) with anti-cutting stiffening.
- External perimeter structure made of QUALICOAT-brand painted aluminum.
- Cover structure of vertical bars made of Stainless Steel and cover structure of lever pivots made of QUALICOAT-brand painted chamfered Aluminum.
- Lock with Stainless Steel front face with 3 locking points (central hook and upper and lower send rods) or 5 locking points (central hook and upper and lower send rods with addition of two front pins in the lock bar)
- Carriages made of self-lubricating, non-deformable material with low coefficient of friction, high wear resistance and non-deformability at high and low temperatures from -30° to + 140°.
- Levers made of high-strength Steel, galvanized and painted.
The special tubular shape of one of the two elements makes them extremely resistant to cutting - Side compensating profiles to make up for any irregularities in the masonry.
- Lower rail prevents the mullion from slipping out.
- Jointing elements of the rails with the uprights, lever stop systems and protection of the uprights’ cuts in the lower and upper parts made of self-lubricating and highly wear-resistant material.

Levers
The connecting levers are made of high-strength, galvanized and painted steel.
The joining system invisible from the outside and the innovative shape make them absolutely unassailable.
Thanks to their special confomation, they guarantee during opening and closing, the maintenance of the uprights in conditions of perfect equidistance so as to promote smooth, silent and snag-free slidin
The Uprights
The uprights consist of an inner profile made of Stainless Steel, covered by two half-shells made of Aluminum.
The Stainless Steel profile has a special conformation that makes it more resistant to cutting and gives it greater rigidity, helping to increase the stability of the entire structure.
The Aluminum half-shells that cover the Steel profile, in addition to making the junction point of the levers with the uprights invisible, represent the protection element of the grating from the action of atmospheric agents and dust.
The Carts
Each movable upright is surmounted by a two-wheeled carriage made of thermoplastic material, self-lubricating and with a low coefficient of friction, which offers very high resistance to wear and non-deformability at high and low temperatures.
The upright-lock is surmounted by a 4-wheeled carriage to give the structure greater stability and smoothness.
Guides
The Lower and Upper Guides are joined to the perimeter uprights by means of thermoplastic corner pieces.
The lower rail is made in full compliance with the technical provisions of the regulations against architectural barriers.
Thanks to a special joint, it can be raised to 90°.
It can also become fully removable, offering obvious practical advantages for cleaning the window compartment.
The Lock
With exclusive stainless steel front with 3 locking points (center hook and lower and upper delivery rods).
When the railing is collected, the package is locked with a simple turn of a key.
